I just wanted to reach out to the Microsoft Fanboy community and apologize for the lack of updates recently. The reason for the lack of updates have been two fold, as my day job as a Premier Field Engineer has keep me extremely busy recently and the Christmas and holiday season is a ridiculously hectic time thanks to my ginormous family. But fret not, I already have several new posts and exciting developments in the works to start off the new year with a bang. After the short hiatus, I have tons of information to throw at you.
With that said, to make sure that these gaps in coverage don’t become the norm, I am beginning to actively seek contributors that would like to work on and for the site on a volunteer basis. As mentioned in the past is a non-revenue generating site, so unfortunately these are non-paying gigs. We are looking for fanboys and fangirls who just love Microsoft and want to be actively involved with the community. More information about this is to come in the near future, but if you’d like to know more now drop us a post in the comments below and I’ll happily respond.
It is safe to say that 2012 was a fantastic year to be a Microsoft Fanboy (or Fangirl) and I’ll be following up with a celebratory post on New Years Eve, so stay tuned for that! Until then, I’m glad the Mayans were wrong and we’re all still kicking so we can look forward to what Microsoft brings us in 2013! So happy new year to you and yours, we hope Santa brought all the good little Fanboys and Fangirls new Microsoft swag for Christmas! Of course you all deserved it, thanks for making 2012 a fantastic year to be a Microsoft Fanboy!2
